At Orivein, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items purchased outside of the official Orivein website
How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions
- Ship your item to the provided address
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
Refund Processing
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (Note: We offer free shipping on all orders, so this does not apply)
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@orivein.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@orivein.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
